Sorry the blog has been a little slow for the past couple weeks. I’ve had family and business issues tying up quite a bit of my time but, I’m also making an effort to bring some improvements and new material to the site. To that end, the article below is a worthwhile read…An interview of Clint Smith circa 2006.
Clint is a kinda of a rare duck among instructors in my experience. To meet him in person is to meet the antithesis of what many have come to expect in a firearms instructor. He is thoroughly unimpressed with himself and most people. Not in a bad way, just not pretentious and exceedingly calm in his demeanor. But, as the old commercial used to say about E.F. Hutton, when Clint Smith speaks, people listen and for good reason. Not many people have his wealth of experience or his perspective.
