…This is quite literally, one of HPD’s finest.  The department posted this photo on their blog and FB page along with the admonishments for all the men who failed to notice the puppy.  Yes, there’s a puppy in this photo, honest!   I just thought it was funny because I don’t think there’s a straight man alive who wouldn’t be happy to see this officer walk up to his window in a traffic stop.
