Curious observation made on the range today. If an attractive woman takes a gun and shoves it down her pants, the average man won’t give a second thought to handling that gun or the holster it was in. The reverse is decidedly not true…If a man, regardless of how attractive the world thinks he is, takes a gun and shoves it down his pants, no one (man or woman) wants anything to do with that gun or the holster without first seeing it go through a vat of alcohol and an autoclave…Just sayin’.

Clerk killed in crossfire between robbers, customer – Houston Chronicle.
Still looking for details on this incident and can’t comment yet on this CHL holder’s specific actions without said details. We always recommend beating feet before committing to a gunfight. The worst case scenario here is that the CHL holder’s rounds are found to be the cause of the clerk’s death. If that is the case, the CHL holder is both criminally and civilly liable.
