This shouldn’t have even been a question. A man hears his little girl’s screams. Runs to her aide to find a grown man, with his pants down around his ankles, molesting the child. We’ve all heard what happened next and the fact is, most human beings (except morons like Jim Harrington) would likely act in similar fashion.

Bloomberg Stop and Frisk Tactics Haven’t Curtailed Shootings – Gun News at Guns.com. Bloomberg might as well be a Liberal Democrat. It seems there is no end to his anti-gun agenda and he’s willing to stomp all over the rest of the Bill of Rights to further that agenda. The “stop and frisk” policy is perhaps the most egregious violation of the Fourth Amendment by any government in the US. Who in their right mind would ever want to live in a place where the police don’t need probable cause to detain and search you.There is a place like that in every city or town…It’s called JAIL!

Really, dude? I guess we shouldn’t be surprised…The police in general, are not in the business of arresting, detaining, or otherwise beating people for no good reason. Sometimes, if you get treated like a turd, it’s because you really are a turd. Guilt may not justify a beating without due process but, it doesn’t help your case. Being a repeat offender means the first beating, arrest, conviction, and sentence apparently were not bad enough to deter you from doing it again. And by the way…You got lucky a second time because a neighbor was just hoping you’d enter home this time around. Raul Rodriguez went against everything concealed handgun license applicants are told about avoiding unnecessary confrontations. Folks, it’s not enough to read the “Cliff Notes” version of the class regarding non-violent dispute resolution and use of force. Parroting cute little buzzwords on camera or the 911 tape while being an idiot and seeking a fight rather than avoiding one just provides admissible evidence of you being an idiot.
