US Army Adopts New M4 Magazine, Bans All Other Magazines (Even PMAGs) – Gun News at Guns.com.
Yet another episode of Army brass sticking it to the grunts on the ground. I’ve put my fair share of rounds through the standard issue magazines as well as PMAGs and others. PMAGs are clearly superior to the standard issue mags and I think Slowik makes a solid point that the Army may be thumbing their noses at PMAGs now, solely because MagPul wasn’t willing to give up the patent.

These kinds of stories make me think of my Dad as well as friends/family still serving with the department. Fortunately, his officer’s partner didn’t hesitate. If you’re in a deadly force confontation, shoot like they vote in Chicao…Early and often.

Yet another reason NOT to visit D.C. It is a beacon of irony. To think, the seat of freedom and democracy in the world in fact rests in the most oppressive, least free city in all the United States. We salute Lt. Augustine Kim for standing up to the District’s theft of his property.
